CFFB at the Russell Home Benefit Car Show
in Old Town, Florida - Saturday, 5/22/99

Here are some pictures from the car show down in Old Town (Kissimmee) that some of the CFFB members participated in. This show was hosted by theClassic Camaros of Central Florida. There were classic cars, street rods, custom cars, imports as well as the late model Impalas and F-bodies on display. It was a great show, a lot of fun, and the CFFB cleaned house. Our fellow GM Impala car club (GOFASST) was on hand and dominated the show as far as club with the most members attending. GOFASST won a huge trophy and $100 for having the most member's cars in the show. I think the CFFB will give them a little "friendly" run for their money next year! Here are the results of the show for the CFFB:

Scott Glassman, 97 SS - Best of Show (Semi-modified 1976 - 1999)
Lou Salzano, 98 SS - 1st Place (Stock Camaro 1993 - 1999)
Jim Paugh, 96 Z28 - 2nd Place (Stock Camaro 1993 - 1999)
Daniel Ernst, 96 Z28 - 3rd Place (Stock Camaro 1993 - 1999)
John Romanoski, 97 TA - 2nd Place (Stock Firebird)

Here's a view of the Impalas lined up on the left and the CFFB's F-Bodies across on the right. This was just one of the sections of Old Town where the cars were on display. Cars were also displayed on Main Street and all the side streets of Old Town.

In the early morning hours as the sun was beginning to rise, Scott can be seen putting the final touches on his 97 SS. In the foreground is John's Drop Top 97 T/A.
